Does Laser Stretch Mark Removal Work?

I was small before I got pregnant and still had stretch marks (bad genes) so when I had my first child last year it really did a number on my body. I was thinking when my husband and I are done having children I would look into it, and wanted to know if anyone has had success with this procedure.
