How To Prevent And Get Rid Of Stretch Marks From Pregnancy?

I am 35 weeks pregnant and I have been using Palmer’s stretch mark cream, but I ran out and didn’t use it for a few weeks and got a few very light small stretch marks on the lower part of my tummy. I have been using the Palmer’s again and have not gotten anymore, but I want to know if there is something better and how to get rid of the one’s I already have?
